Hereby the consignor (name - see above) confirms the pickup or return of the above-mentioned article(s) at one of the two business locations of Amour Infini Boutique GmbH at Köllnerhofgasse 4/6 in 1010 Vienna or Kirchengasse 7/5 in 1070 Vienna.
The article(s) were checked by the consignor before return and examined for completeness of any associated accessories. The consignor hereby terminates the previously concluded commission agreement with Amour Infini Boutique GmbH with the date specified below.
The personal data specified in the contract, in particular name, address, telephone number, bank details, which are necessary and required solely for the purpose of carrying out the resulting contractual relationship, are collected on the basis of legal authorizations.
